DO NOT ORDER FROM DEBENHAMS ONLINE. There doesn’t seem to be any customer service support. Due to COVID-19, you can only email them which generates an automatic response. I returned my order over 5 weeks ago but they still haven’t refunded me or responded to emails sent. Also I got in touch twice on social media with just a generic response but still no help. I’m not the only one either there are so many customers waiting for items to be delivered or refunds on returned goods. Please do your research on what other customers are going through before you order. I wish I had. I have shopped here many times in the past but will never shop here again. I am now seeking help from a third party to try and get my money back, something I never thought I would have to do from such a major high street chain.
