Visited Hastings Store today . Had the displeasure to encounter the worst customer service I have ever experienced , verging on the point of humiliation and rudeness! I will be taking my cosmetic/fragrance elsewhere.
If debenhams should wish to contact me I will be happy to give the employee name. I feel that some re-training is needed .
