Placed an order in November, still haven’t gotten it. Per their policy on the website I should have been refunded by now and was not. No customer service to speak of. Phone number plays a message and hangs up, no response to emails or contact forms. I will prob have to dispute the charge.
Also not impressed to hear they had moved production to China. Used to like their stuff but there are plenty of beauty companies out there. To frustrating to continue ordering from them.
