I absolutely love Deciem and The Ordinary! I have ordered several times from them and have always been impressed with the quality, as well as the pricing of their products. I just received an order today. It took about 10 days. I live in the Southern US, and I have never had an issue receiving my order in a timely manner, and I was able to track them online. For those of you that have had issues with chemicals or such in these products or other products, you really should do a patch test somewhere before applying, especially to your face. Some people are more sensitive than others. I’ve personally never had an issue with any of their products. I can’t speak to the customer service issues because I have never had to contact them for any. By the way, I love the new Abnomaly ‘SHOP’ room fragrance. It is always difficult buying fragrances online just going by a written description. I think it’s a very sexy/sensual smell that is androgynous. I definitely think many men will like it, but I am a female, and I like it. It’s not floral at all, though. Probably more suited for Fall/Winter, but I am going to use it now during the Spring/Summer.
