Their cosmetics is, beyond any doubt, the best affordable cosmetics on the market right now. However, their customer service is horrible.
Due to their mistakes, I have overpaid custom's service in my country for 2 out of 3 orders.
So I've decided to buy their products from resellers rather than directly from them.
Very unprofessional!
