They didn’t help me much when I didn’t receive the delivery which marked as delivered.
They just said they called delivery company and asked me to call them again or ask neighbors which I did, otherwise pay and order again.
After filing the dispute with my bank, they contacted me for a refund or send item again which is too late. Douglas didn’t have what I was looking for so I used this for the first time and this, I’ll never use Deciem again.
