As a new customer, I called to get assistance with online ordering and to inquire about possible coupons and sales. Nope, nothing on sale now they said.
I placed a large order, only to find out the VERY NEXT DAY they have a 23% off store-wide sale.
Great. Thanks for the heads-up, guys. I contact them to ask if there is anything to be done to help with this, and they just said I would have to return the items and reorder them at my expense.
Ok. I will return them, but will not be reordering.
