Went to the store in NYC 6 months ago and very disappointed with the service and I was surprised with my last 3 visits from 3 different NY stores the Few past weeks as everything changed in terms of service and store experience. Whatever Deciem did to fix this, I totally salute and keep it up!
Everyone was helpful and able to help me and fiancé with our needs. Stores looks great and will definitely come back! Happy to purchase my first NIOD product.
