I was sent broken products because the package was not packaged properly over four weeks ago. When I contacted Deciem - you can't get through on a phone. They are completely taking advantage of the COVID situation in not handling customer inquiries. I submitted an online form as there was no chat feature although there email says that you can "chat" with them. Finally, when I received a response in two weeks (not 72 hours), I was asked to repeat what the problem was and whether I wanted a refund or replacement. It has been another week, they have yet to respond. Hope that ripping someone off with $31 was worth the review.
