Absolutely appalling customer service!!!! No response to numerous emails, plus I could not contact them on 0121 368 0218
Someone answers, then you hear music and get cut off because no one is available!!!!! I was promised a refund, so I have now lost £39.99 which I cannot afford. Contacted Groupon, very nice replies but they could not help me????? Why the hell are they advertising there stuff????? Rip off merchants!!!!!!
