The description of the large pre-lit tree didn’t match the tree I received. (It was not pre-lit.) the description of the large bells didn’t match the large bells. After emailing them I’ve discovered this company really doesn’t know the items they sell. I was offered a 25% refund….and I accepted that since it was at least something. But I won’t shop there again. Online retail stores have a duty to know their products regardless. I can’t trust them.
