“The boxes arrived damaged. The 2 largest had the tops ripped off from the hinges in shipping. Decor Steals very quickly resolved the issue.”

“I love the sign but the metal hook attached to the sign is off center, so it doesn’t hang level, on both parts. So that was very disappointing. Can’t hang it up as planned. Need to figure out way to hang it.”

“There was a lot crammed into the box but most were items that only worked for specific tastes (pigs, chickens, etc. I’m not sure what to do with most of the items. I have loved the holiday boxes and quality so this was a disappointment.”

“I normally love your boxes but I guess I rushed to buy and didn't realize this box had absolutely nothing to do with Christmas. While I can say that for the amount of things you got, it was good value. Too bad only a couple of things are my taste. I don't think I have ever been so disappointed with a delivery from you. I wish I could ship it all back to you. Not for a refund but to get it out of my house.”

“The product was wrapped in bubble wrap, however, it was not packaged well from moving around in the box. There were small chips in the paint where the Santa face is painted. Not a deal breaker, but packaging definitely could have been better.”
