“Customer service 5 out of 5. I hadn't received it and contacted them and they refunded. It was a fed ex issue. They were very accommodating and messaged me back very fast. I did receive a box with 1 basket in it and some fabric. So it was missing 2 baskets and I have no idea where the fabric came from, it was an issue with the carrier. I am going to reorder.”
