“Adorable things, but disappointed in the quality after almost a year. A $400 coffee table with wheels should be able to be rolled without the wheels breaking off 1 by 1 over time.”

“My first order with this company and I guarantee it will be my last. I placed an order for 3 metal bird planters and my credit card was promptly charged for this purchase. Note: I never received an order confirmation. After several weeks and hearing nothing, I logged into my account and see they've entered I'd not placed an order! It's been back and forth several times via email, getting nowhere, and they keep asking the same canned questions. It doesn't seem to matter that I attached...TWICE... a screen shot of the charge on my credit card. They don't acknowledge that at all. I'm giving them one more day....then they'll be reported to my credit card company. Really bad business practices and little regard for their customers.”

“The description of the large pre-lit tree didn’t match the tree I received. (It was not pre-lit.) the description of the large bells didn’t match the large bells. After emailing them I’ve discovered this company really doesn’t know the items they sell. I was offered a 25% refund….and I accepted that since it was at least something. But I won’t shop there again. Online retail stores have a duty to know their products regardless. I can’t trust them.”

“I ordered the Halloween steal it box, and the witches came with cheap plastic posts, all of which promptly broke. Paid $110 for garbage. The rest of the box could be ground at hobby lobby and is nothing special, certainly not worth the money.”

“I ordered two decorative hooks. They look beautiful in the pictures and they also look like cast-iron but they were very cheap and they’re so thin and light weight that I’m not even sure I could hang anything on them. The first time I’ve been disappointed in my order from decorator steals. Plus, whoever delivered them, threw them on my walkway. Didn’t even make it on my front porch.”

“Ordered a Light up Skeleton 22 days ago. When I inquired as to where it is I was told that clearly stated in the description that some things take 15 days to ship and I would receive notice when it did. No notice, no product yet I receive as many as 3 junk mail a day. Including this one wanting me to leave a review. Not really impressed for a 1st time purchase.”

“I hate leaving a one star review after years of being such good friends and buying some beautiful well made home decor pieces that I love and treasure. I have sent my daughter's, cousin's, friends your way. I love this company. And still do. But...you let me down. First the good thing I can say about the cutting boards they are gorgeous from ten feet away and are HUGE. The bad, not worth $80. Not an item I would want to gift. What happened ladies? How could these pass quality control? Are you cutting corners to cut costs? I hope this is a fluke. I have spent a few thousand on gifts for friends and family and my home over the years. The quality has always been top notch that is why I am baffled. The wood doesn't feel smooth. The inlay piece has been inserted with too big of a gap that bacteria will grow in it if used. The blade must have been dull as my boards are splintered. The wood is so rough you will snag your kitchen wash cloth on it to wipe clean. I am not sure it's even sealed unless they sprayed it on? This is the worst piece I have ever bought from Decorsteal. I would return it but I am battling stage 4 inoperable cancer at the moment and too weak and sick. I also bought these as a gift. With struggling to pay my cancer care this is a lot of money to throw away. Maybe I can help prevent someone else from the same mistake. Sorry Decorsteal. Not sure how many years I have been buying from you, eight, ten, first complaint from me that says a lot about this great company. I am not going anywhere. But I don't like throwing away money either.”

“These vintage tobacco baskets were ordered on July 4th. I love the look of them. They have not been sent to me according to ups tracking # provided by Decor Steals. I've reached out to their customer service with Nicole many times with zero help.”
