I was very excited to receive these decorative risers. Unfortunately, the larger of the two arrived broken and the smaller one had many little chops in it. It was mostly a result of poor packaging. The packing material was just brown packing paper and no bubble wrap or styrofoam to cushion any impact. Will have to send back. Kind of sad as I was really looking forward to using them for Easter decor

So frustrated. Ordered an item 3 weeks ago. As per customer service last week, “it’s still on the warehouse floor waiting to be shipped”, followed by “the storm really slowed down deliveries”. This item was ordered 5 days before the storm landed. I received 2 other items from another vendor in 4 days that came from Kentucky which was slammed during the storm. This was a gift for my daughter who completed chemo and it’s disappointing that this company is so slow in getting the item out. Myself and my daughter have ordered hundreds of dollars of items from Decor Steals as well as purchasing gift cards. I’m a big supporter of small business but this may very well be my last purchase here.

The quality of the shelves was very poor, and the wood had no weight. Short Staples did not hold them together. There were open places at all the seams. Underneath the shelves there was no paint which showed if you wanted to use them high.

One of my items never arrived and the other arrived shattered & in pieces. The refund process was seamless. Unfortunately, I would have much rather had my items…intact.

I normally love your boxes but I guess I rushed to buy and didn't realize this box had absolutely nothing to do with Christmas. While I can say that for the amount of things you got, it was good value. Too bad only a couple of things are my taste. I don't think I have ever been so disappointed with a delivery from you. I wish I could ship it all back to you. Not for a refund but to get it out of my house.

First time I received this item, it was missing a piece. They sent another one and it was broken. Needless to say we were very unhappy.

In person, this "quilt" looks cheap. There is no quilting on it just a stamp impression of quilt square. Was very disappointed. I could have gone to a box store for less money and get the same thing.

The skeleton is very flimsy. Not up to Decor Steal standards at all. He can ONLY hold something super lightweight. Very disappointed. I will have to really research before ordering anything other product

Ordered first flower and it showed up all broke up. Sent pictures and you replaced it! When that one showed up it was broken too. I feel like I m losing a fighting battle here! So I’ve paid my money for nothing but broken flowers (metal) white ones.

I am very upset that all 6 of these butterfly bushes arrived DEAD. They were all completely brown and broken. I opened the box as soon as it arrived and found all the bushes in this condition. Very poor quality. Will not order again.

Still waiting on this item. Other item in my order was received promptly. Have ordered other items with no issues. Emailed customer service for an update and received the AI reply… “we detected you are checking on your order” with tracking info., which I already had. A human touch would be nice.

The lampshade had indentations in it. At least 5. It was packed very well! So why indentations? The shade was apparently poor workmanship. I found another shade for the lamp. Not very happy about that.
