“I loved the table but did not receive but 2 screws to put it together. Can you complete my order by sending what I need to put it together?”

“Love everything that came in the box. Cant believe it all fit. Only one major disappointment. My fountain was unusable. There was a hole in the metal tube and water was squirting out the side. Sent an email to make the company aware. Love to have a replacement because I love love it. The rest of the items are great!”

“I bought this for my daughter this year for Christmas. I think it’s going to be great, however I was expecting it to be about 5 inches larger. Other than that, I’m sure she will love it”

“I would like to give this plant stand a perfect review but I just can’t. In the over all, it looks nice but it was a bit of a headache putting it together. First off, not all the parts were there, I believe we were missing about 4 nuts that go to the legs. It has a bit of a wobble, had to adjust the bottom part of the legs to help it sit more even. Also the wire mesh of the basket needs to be more stiff as anything you sit in it looks crooked. A bit over priced for the quality.”

“Items often arrive damaged. For the cost, you would think they would be packed better. Legs were coming off the bird house. Luckily I was able to repair it. I would say 40% of the items I order come damaged.”

“The statue is stunning. I purchased 2 and Decor Steals Customer Service was great about a fast refund since both arrived broken. I had purchased a different statue earlier and it arrived fast & without issues. The products are good quality! Prices fair. I’ll return again.”

“I ordered two of these coat racks. One was better than the other. The one that I was going to use by my front door does not stand up straight, and the finish is messed up on it. Honestly, neither one is very well made. The metal joints don't meet up at all, and the finish is "globbed on" in a few spots/missing in other areas. I guess I shouldn't have kept them; but after all of that time putting them together, I hated to disassemble them and ship back. Disappointing.”
