“This rating is about the item itself, NOT the great customer service I received when I reached out about it. The item itself is not as advertised. This is a 41"W pendant, NOT 61". It's not even close to the 51" width in the description too. I wish they would rectify the size for others down the road. Also, the bottom portion of the light is not finished, wish it was. CS was great and refunded so I of course will continue to shop here, this is just a misleading listing since the light is advertised as being so much bigger than it actually is. If you're looking for a 41" wide light, then the style is great for the price. It's just much too small for my space and I wasn't a fan of the unfinished bottom part of the light in the middle. You can see the clips. There needs to be a cap on that part or something. Makes it look cheap.”

“Have loved the previous live plant my latest was-a disappointment. I truly would recommend to not order when so warm and it sits on a truck for days. Taking fertilizer lots of water to bring it back. Looks better but a disappointment. Order in cooler weather!”

“It was smaller than expected also it looked like it had been though the wringer as far as shipping, note to self go to Lowe’s and buy a healthy hydrangea plant in a 2 gal pot for the same price. Lesson learned”

“I loved everything about the look of the breadbox, but the door was beyond difficult to open. The breadbox designer needs to go back to the drawing table on the door design. It caused the label to come off and defeats the purpose of having a door.”

“Attractive, but one arrived dented. Then when putting it in the ground, the stake bent and nearly broke as the stake is not very sturdy. Overall, not the best purchase.”

“Item ( set of 2 Swivel Metal frames )was great until ...went to put in photo ... first had to clean off glass where paper photo stuck to glass. Then several times get photo straight in frame then realized after 7th try I measured the frame...Well, the frame itself is totally uneven all over all the edges and the arms to swivel are uneven making it all crooked and photo will never be straight Didn't try second frame Other purchase of Melting snowman platter that 3 outta five had damage issues got solved wonderfully Just received replacements and while one arm spreader is chipped I can trade for damaged plate set”

“Don’t love that my review was deleted because I wasn’t happy with the product. I did “fluff it” but you can’t make a bent branch stand up if it’s smashed down. I left my review for other buyers to beware, my experience is valid and shouldn’t be censored.”
