This rating is about the item itself, NOT the great customer service I received when I reached out about it. The item itself is not as advertised. This is a 41"W pendant, NOT 61". It's not even close to the 51" width in the description too. I wish they would rectify the size for others down the road. Also, the bottom portion of the light is not finished, wish it was. CS was great and refunded so I of course will continue to shop here, this is just a misleading listing since the light is advertised as being so much bigger than it actually is. If you're looking for a 41" wide light, then the style is great for the price. It's just much too small for my space and I wasn't a fan of the unfinished bottom part of the light in the middle. You can see the clips. There needs to be a cap on that part or something. Makes it look cheap.
