UPDATED: 5 STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE...ONE STAR ITEM Though I still wouldn't recommend the product I ordered, at least not for outdoor use, the customer service experience when I reported the issue far exceeded my expectations. Less than 24 hours after first connecting, Decor Steals issued me a refund without the need to jump through a bunch of hoops beyond sending a few photos. Thanks so much! I love you guys and have always been really happy with my purchases, but this one is really pretty awful. The screw holes for assembly didn't line up very well, one of the holes was cracked and chipping and wouldn't hold the screw making assembly tough , but with some muscle and ingenuity I got it together. I set it up outside on a corner of my house and used several stakes to pin the stand to the ground just to be sure it would stay upright. However, the slightest bit of wind sent the whole thing toppling over, breaking a very expensive terracotta pumpkin in the process. The witch is now scratched and the parts are loose (I am assuming the wood holding the screws in place is too fragile to withstand a fall) and I have the added disappointment of a second broken decoration. I think this item was far too pricey for the quality and I don't think it should be advertised as being indoor/outdoor. It's way too flimsy for outdoors, beyond MAYBE a covered patio. Unfortunately, I disposed of the box already.
