Update..They have replaced the the items. That is rare for a company to replace an item for 1 screw. Just shows you can order and know no matter what they will stand behind their products!! Love this company!!Love the trays but was missing a screw head. Customer service offered to replace them but I'm disabled and can't drive anymore so I guess I'm stuck. At least I can use 1
