It's not clear that you ARE NOT dealing with the actual HM Land Registry. I paid the fee but haven't received any documentation although the money has been taken. Lodged a complaint with the company but have heard nothing from them. Had to contact my bank to cancel my card to be safe and ensure no further money could be taken. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Please ensure you are on the .gov website before you make any kind of payment
