“They took payment in February last for a title plan. Have received no communication whatsoever despite my best efforts to contact them. Their quoted telephone number is not recognised. Per their accounts at Companies House (Land Search & Data Ltd) they have been trading knowingly insolvent. An offence. If they are still in existence steer clear ! A Scam!”
“In 2017 my husband passed away. I like a lot of you thought I was on correct site to remove my husbands name from land registry. They charged me £71.82 . I did receive alot of paperwork for my house, same as what I already had. I thought they had taken husbands name of land registry. But not. Definitely had no help from them. “Dont use thes people. They do not respond to issues/queries, dont provide receipts and they send the wrond details. I paid for a number of titles and they did not provide details for one property and sent me two copies of another. I have not heard anything back from them despite trying to contact them. Also there are cheaper options to obtain the same information fom other providers.”

“This company is a scammer. Like others I had found the genuine Land Register Site but was interrupted and when a returned to make a purchase I clicked on the Deedflow site by mistake. Similar story, I paid about £41 for a cert and received NOTHING. I rang their phone to ask why they hadn't received the cert I requested when they tried to scam me again. At this point I became suspicious and discovered my mistake.”
“If I could rate it zero I would. I was in a hurry so didn't double check. I'm usual pretty good with online services but fell for this one. Paid 800% of what I should have paid with the Land Registry. Go elsewhere and save yourself time and money. This organisation is ripping people off.”
“They are con men, pretending to be Land Registry, they promised me a report showing man holes and drainage within my property and sent me a standard report showing the sewer pipes going up the middle of the road, nothing specific to my property at all. The standard report they sent is freely available elsewhere.”

They seem reluctant to answer the phone too which for information is hidden in their Terms and Conditions 0151 528 2228”
