Nothing sent for a week, tried to contact them via their online form using the 'ID' sent in my order 'confirmation'. System 'could not find the order' despite £54 being taken from my credit card straight after the 'order' was placed. Thus no contact possible. Handed problem to my credit card card company who have refunded my charge and will pursue what looks like a fraudulent enterprise.
