"Only realised that I had NOT been dealing with the Land Registry when I finally got a response following numerous emails, after being charged £107. when I asked for a refund as they had misled what they offed they stop answering email This is fraudulent activity I have just successful claimed under section 75 of the credit act and had a full refund. BEWARE
