I WANTED TO GIVE MINUS STARS.
Expensive service £41.88 for what actually cost between £3.00 and £7.00 from land registry. Got some info emailed but not what we were asking for.
Also charged us TWICE. no phone number to call and no response to emails. Now got the duplicate charge refunded from credit card co and am going to notify them officially of this company's practice. Hopefully something will be done about them.
