Personally I had an excellent service from CS Land Search Online, and they responded immediately to my communication. I too thought they had sent me nothing, and got led astray by all this poor feedback. Then I looked in my Spam folder, and there they were within a few hours of receiving my request. I suggest everyone else looks in their Spam folder too before complaining.
