the person dealing with my inquiry was very thorough, sounded very professional..a big plus, she was working on bank holiday!
I was disappointed to be charged more than was advertised on the internet site I had used to compare.I wanted the extra accidental and legal cover,
When i challenged the amount was told i had a better deal... remains a bit sour....
I also stated i haven't received the paperwork to read through and sign..was told to look;still haven't received four days later so will have to ring again.
