“This insurance company is a breath of fresh air. Communication is excellent, questions and queries are responded to immediately. They take time to explain each product and its restrictions. If you have a claim you have a named person who deals with your case and is available when you need them. After dealing with other insurance companies where you are constantly held in a queue and no one ever gets back to you, i wouldnt hesitate to recommend this company to everyone, you wont regret it. First class service.”

“I recently asked for a car insurance quote - agreed a price and paid £736. Max 5 hrs later I emailed to say I did not wish to proceed (assuming I had the stauatory 4 days cooling off peroiod). The policy would not have come into effect until 17th of October & had not been issued as I had yet to provide proof of no claims. Their respone was to offer me a refund less £75.02 their cancellation charge !! & insist i agreed to such terms. I am 76 yrs old , wear hearing aids & often don't get everything in a conversation ( especially one conducted at speed . I truly believed I ha 14 days to change my mind. the matter is now with the financial ombudsman. So I would definitely NOT recommend this company . I have since gone elswhere & received excelent customer service.”
