“I've been with Deeside for many years, both for my own house and also my small letting portfolio. I've always dealt with the same person, which allows for continuity and that's something I like. I think I could possibly get my insuranse a little cheaper, if I shopped around every year, but that's not the most important thing for me, as I prefer a personal service and that's what you get with Deeside Insurance Brokers.”

“I was recently contacted by Deeside Insurance that the company that insured our home no longer covered flood damage. It was made quite clear to me that it was important to maintain this cover. Ok was advised to try and locate sufficient cover with other insurers. There was no pressure on me to reunite through their company. I feel that they were genuinely concerned and appreciated their honesty and attempts to find the best solution resolution of my situation. A rare experience in my opinion. Dianne Frost”
