Thank you for taking the time and posting a review. Unfortunately there could be numerous reasons why online payment fail, sometimes it can even be just as simple as the internet connection dropped for that split second and the returning bank don't show any explanations, but happy that you managed to sort payment out with ourselves.

“All very good, the customer service team were great. All very smooth. My only gripe is the price increase of nearly £40, a tad steep methinks. I couldn't really be bothered to shop around and so I just renewed the policy for ease, but I may do some more homework next year.”

“The portal in a good and secure way to communicate given the security issues with email. I wanted to upload a pre-contract credit document, but no such document type existed in the drop down list. Can I suggest you include at the very least "Other" in the list? Cheers, Phil”
