A honest claim was made re subsidence and you and your reps have done everything possible to refuse the claim. We have to re-new with you whilst the claim is being processed (or in your case, not). Why do we bother with insurance companies? Please explain

Thank you for the recent review, we understand your frustration. Unfortunately, your Insurance company do not believe the damage is subsidence related after their investigation(s). The independent loss assessor we have referred the claim to however disagree, and are currently putting a case together on your behalf to present to the insurer - with the sole intention of the claim hopefully being accepted.

You’re Rubish I’m trying to insure a house don’t need a third degree inquiry to do that I’m a old man and so that’s why I cancelled it the other day

Never, ever , ever , deal with this insurance company .money grabbing and they completely dont care about peoples needs.They do all ,obviously to suit their needs. plus they put charges on everything,please read all rewiers about this company . in the end you could buy 2 insurance deals elsewhere from the money they charge you on. please look at other companies that could do better deals and have better customer service skills.

We are sorry to hear that our service has not meet your needs on this occasion, I do notice however that you have been a customer of ours since 2006, some 14 years. During which time you have not raised any concerns with our service or fees and can only assume as you have been a client for so long you have been happy with our service. For clarity, we do not hard sell, we simply provide information to all our customers so that they can make their own informed choice. In relation to your policy and the fees that you mention in your review; If you refer to your terms of business you will notice that you have not paid any of the fees we were entitled to charge. Every year we send our terms of business to all of our customers showing a full list of our fees to be completely transparent and on this occasion specifically, taking into account your loyalty over the years, we have reduced our fees and charges by somewhat £155 following your decision to cancel to try and help you. It seems you still remain unhappy even though you have expressed your appreciation over the phone at the time. We do however understand that there is only so much we can do to try and keep people happy and we apologise that on this occasion you were not completely satisfied. However once again thank you for taking the time to post your review.

Very poor, ended up paying unnecessary admin charges and additional £158 For apparently clicking in a wrong box. No goodwill and generally bad experience. Would not use again.

I hadn't heard from aim4 as email address on file stopped working. No attempt was made to contact myself to say contract was up. Wasting £200-£300 each year.I did try to cancel policy before as it was too high but cost to much to cancel and was never asked if any details or email address changed.poor show and I won't be back.

I have not renewed my insurance with yourself... I do not take kindly to being told that it is a rolling insurance without my say so... I will not be paying for a service that I DID not wish to have..... very Disgruntled ex customer!

The agent Charlotte was exceptional, the gentleman Christian who answers the phone managed to upset both myself & the landlord, in ten years of business I've never encountered such a bad attitude

Wanted to cancel the policy after less than 8 hours, but still insisted on me paying the cancellation price of £60. A disgrace. I will be taking this up with the Financial Conduct Authority, Financial Ombudsman Service and making sure a comment goes on Go Compare web site

If the questions you asked reflected the answers on the form, if you could spell the customers name correctly, if you would only listen to what is being said to you,( you record these conversation so if there was any area of doubt you could listen to the recording ) how do you survive as a business?
