I was very surprised at the number of documents I was sent, obviously impossible for a normal working person to read it all.
The list of exclusions is ridiculously long and pretty much defeats the object of insurance which of course is peace of mind and financial security in the event of an accident.
Terminology and names of documents used in emails needs to match that used on documents exactly otherwise it is confusing. I was really impressed by the speed of response to emails, very efficient.
