Aim4agreatquote would have made me happier if they had accepted groundwater flood cover. The last such occurrence was in 2002, and other companies, rejected for other reasons, have quoted an exemption after ten years.
The application process was very laborious, with multiple documents and a verbal repetition of details given last time. In the past, the process of renewal has not involved this procedure with other companies. Many of these documents had to be printed out for my file, as I prefer to have physical documents. I had to print out about 20+ pages.
