Very helpful staff, but the administration of setting up two new policies was painful. Took me several hours of checking and rechecking and getting multiple errors removed, basic things like insured address, correspedonence address, policy holder name. But as i said, saved by the helpful staff, though I wish they had done some quality checking before sending things out.
