The contact for repeat business was very intense, a bit too much at times, but I appreciate that this was necessary from your point of view.
However what I do not accept is the way I was spoken to by one particular member of staff who was verging on intimidating or dam right rude.
Not a good quality at the best of times, and certainly uncalled for as I am never rude, even to cold callers, as I have experienced what it is like to make these calls in the past.
