Product showed instock and gave we a delivery date before the end of the month which is when we needed it by as the pads would go out of date on our old machine then. Product did not vome on the the date and a week late we chased up to be told it was actually out of stock and they are expecting new stock in the middle of May, this leaves us volunteable and had we have known would have oredered from another supplier. Communication is key to running any business and this fell short on this occassion.
