Terrible, unapologetic response from DELL Customer service. I simply asked for my shipment to be held at the FedEx Counter and received literally a hundred reasons why that could not be done. Asked to speak with a supervisor and was told there were none and a manager would call me in 1 hour (which NEVER happened).
No Call Back, No Response - Shipment went back and forth from FedEx carrier back to the warehouse. Simply unacceptable customer service!
