This company is fraudulent, simple as that
The products prices are changing randomly, switching Excl. VAT or Incl. VAT (see attached screenshots).
Then, when you complaint about the price difference, the 'customer service' Indian call centre will always see that Excl. VAT 20% higher price.
You cannot cancel the order.
You cannot use your 14-days online cooling period even after 5 minutes after order.
