Dells customer service agents could not be any less helpful or any more apathetic.
Buyer beware! Once placed orders cannot be amended, not even the delivery address. They will make you cancel and replace the order instead. For an IT hardware supplies company their own software is apparently very limited in its capabilities.
They also refused to publish this review on their own website...... apparently they only accept positive reviews.
