Ordered Inspiron 15 3000 and paid $848. Never received an order number or confirmation number, email or text. Looged in 5 days later to see i had no pending orders. Checked my card and sure enough they took the money. Called Dell. Could get no explanation and when asked to speak to supervisor was put on hold indefinitely.
Thank goodness, I paid with a method that refuted the sale and returned me my money. Dell lost a customer for a life.
