I purchased a charger in January, and about a month later the cord broke exposing the wires connecting from the battery pack. I had my other charger for a year and nothing was wrong with it (I just lost it).
To me, this is a reflection of Dell making their products with more shawdy and cheep material. I wasn't doing anything different in my life for the cord to break, but a month after using the product it breaks? That is ridiculous I had to pay $40 for something that literally broke 30 days later.
I think damage caused by cheap material should be covered under the warranty, as now it's currently not
