purchased a new Dell Inspiron 7706 2n1. Called for support since it is under warranty. It is April 13,2022 and support service is covered until Aug 13, 2022. They ran a command and then said we will send you an email in 2 hours and you can follow the help and if it doesn't work you can sign up for our pay support. Have a nice day.
There was a firmware update last night and that seems to be the cause. Definitely dissapointed in this response.
