Purchased a Vostro 7510 laptop for my business 2 weeks ago which was supposed to be delivered in 2 days. I have had to call customer service 3 times only to hear that a case specialist has been assigned to my case and will be giving me a call in 24-48hrs. No one ever calls back!.
