I purchased my Dell online 4/9/2022 with specific instructions for instruction manual, touchscreen and Microsoft Word to be included. I received my laptop 4/12/2022 with no of the above. I have called relentlessly and complained. Their customer service is useless and clueless!! I was promised the manual and Word last week via email yet I never received it.
Called again today and kept being over-talked, yelled at and tried to tell me I got what I asked for!!!! I’m definitely returning this laptop and will NEVER purchase from with Dell online again!!
