My laptop was posted as delivered 20/04/22. Through the chat facility, I recorded a service request such that the laptop would be delivered 22/04/2022. The laptop is still posted as delivered on all three tracking sites!
Why are there three separate sites to track delivery and why are so many obscure numbers used to track? Why is chat not available today? Why is there no customer service?
The only reason I ordered this laptop is because it was available immediately. Clearly it isn't and Dell are misleading their customers.
Dell should consider using technology to manage and track their deliveries and customer service.
