My computer XPS has a blue screen. I have been dealing with this for over a year. Because I didn't purchase the extended warranty, Dell is saying they will not cover the hardware issue and that I would have to take care of that. I have had this computer for 3 years!
Come to find out that my computer guy tells me that he has 3 of these computers in the shop currently and that they all have the same blue screen issue. Do not buy a XPS. I will never buy another Dell computer.
