Extremely Dissatisfied with Dell G-15 Laptop and Service.
I purchased the Dell G-15 laptop with high hopes, but my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite being under warranty, the power issue persisted even after four service attempts. Dell's inability to resolve this problem has left me frustrated and extremely dissatisfied. I expected better quality and support from such a renowned brand. Stay away from the Dell G-15 and their service if you value your time and money.
