I ordered an XPS13 Pro Laptop. FedEx lost it. Dell sent a replacement within a week but indicated No Signature Required. FedEx states they delivered the laptop BUT I never received it. Dell is stating that FedEx indicates it was delivered. I do NOT have it. Terrible terrible terrible that Dell stated No Signature Required. They are at fault here.
