why do you guys make it so difficult to contact a human being. your automated phone system will not let me speak to a human being non what so ever. It will ask you a million questions and upon answering that question it will direct you to the wrong extension and then when you do get through a person in what ever part of the globe they dont understand your or your needs. you guys have gone down hill and will be lossing my patronage of over 20 years.
