Couldn't manage to deliver my laptop on the allocated day despite lots of checking and emails. 3 attempts including a fake delivery attempt by Dpd.
I then requested a refund.
Couldn't refund my £800 despite 3 emails dodged a bullet because I see lots of complaints by people who have their laptops and are having technical problems.
I bought a Dell over 10 years ago and it seems that the quality has diminished severely.
