DELL WAS GOOD BEFORE. NOW TERRIBLE. I recently purchased Dell Pro Plus. The first one I purchased I had it customized to higher speed, storage, etc. It was delivered earlier than expected which was great. BUT I HAD TO RETURN IT BECAUSE THE SYSTEM FROZE SEVERAL TIMES. I re-ordered, same model but no more customization except for the softwares. It was delivered on time. That was good. But this laptop did not automatically transferred my files from the old computer to the new one. The first one did that quiet fast. Called customer support. A lot of transfers and you have to keep repeating the express code or ST with each transfer. Two of my calls could not go through because the auto said the department was experiencing tech difficulty. On the third call, it said the department was closed. I have to call on next business day. WHAT IS HAPPENING AT DELL? NOT RECOMMENDED .
